Have been a Rover Customer/Owner for 26 years. Always have had a great experience with the service personnel. Feb. 10, 2025 had our Rovers 98 Discovery & 2006 LR3 in for service. I have trusted Land Rover Lehi (Previoulsy Land Rover Centerville) with my vehicle needs for the last decade. I have traveled from Wyoming to purchase and service my vehicles with them and they never disappoint. I don’t use this dealership often because it’s further away from my home but they are superior to the dealership in Salt Lake City in several ways. I own multiple Land Rovers, and have been pleasantly surprised with the professional service at Lehi. It is significantly better than Salt Lake City. I have been a customer of both JLR Downtown and Lehi. I have had a good experience at the Lehi location. The sales process with Mandi was very good. The vehicle service dept is acceptable, for the high cost of an oil change, but it comes with the territory. Would recommend this location if looking for a JLR vehicle.

Best Landrover service along the Wasatch front. I have two RRs and will only take them to Lehi for service not because that’s closest to where I live but because their service is better than the rest in the valley

Recently bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon with aftermarket upgrades from the Lehi Ken Garff Jaguar Land Rover dealership. A sweet lifted ride with low mileage. Just had a few small repairs which needed to be referred out to an off-roading specialist. The Lehi Ken Garff dealership and Manager Andy DeJulis went the extra mile to make us happy customers. They really lived up to their slogan "We Hear You"!

I was looking at a preowned car that I saw listed online. Dwight in sales, and their service department, went out of their way to get the car onto a lift and send me pictures of everything I asked about. They were responsive and easy to talk to. Seems like a well run dealership with good staff.
Best dealership around. I had been skeptical of dealership until I came across these guys. This dealership possess a rare 20+ year tight knit team that creates a unique family feel that can't be duplicated at any other dealer. Exceptional management, these guys have won multiple pinnacle awards because they truly live the Garff brand by "treating people right" wether its their customers or employees. They also possess the best mechanics in the nation. This is a dealership, better yet, a family you can trust!
I should preface this by saying after working in the auto industry for a while my expectations of a dealer service department were less than stellar. JLR Lehi is a true outlier. My experience over multiple visits has been bar none flawless. Huge shout out to Craig, honestly couldn't recommend a more transparent and experienced advisor.

The sales experience and buying the car was fine. I’m not a fan of the constant “we hear you” Ken Garff ads when there’s nothing unique about the car buying experience with Ken Garff. You can’t just put billboards up everywhere and assume that saying a statement about hearing people makes it true.
Anyways, the experience with the staff at the dealer was fine. Not the best, not the worst buying experienced. It’s clear they like their cars and want people to be happy. That I appreciate.

I took my 2017 F type in for a routine oil change and service. Craig Erickson the advisor was very helpful and friendly. I told him I would just hang out at the dealership. I had a very nice work area and all the soft drinks I could consume. One hour later Craig greeted me and told me my F type was finished.
